CO 230: Performing for Radio and Television, Pine Manor College (4 credits)
CO 230 is designed to help you present yourself better and more confidently whether at the microphone or in front of the camera. The course provides opportunities for you to improve your skills as a reader and performer and to increase your sensitivity to the power of voice, language and image. By the end of the semester you should (a) be able to read and act – to perform – more skillfully and effectively, (b) have more confidence at the microphone and on camera and (c) have a deeper appreciation and understanding of the training and skills necessary to be a successful talent in radio, television and film.
