About Me:
I have my notary public commission and also have notary signing agent certification in the State of Pennsylvania. The current expiration date of my commission is July 15, 2028. See notary commission certificate here. I do part-time work as a mobile notary public and notary signing agent, and I am willing to travel up to 50 miles from Warminster, PA.
Availability:
I am generally free all day most weekends and also most weeknights after 6:30pm. I may also be able to accommodate times on Tuesdays and Fridays during the day as well depending on my work schedule.

Below is the general area I can cover (ignore the radius that goes into NJ and DE - I only serve PA) - general areas served are Bucks County, Montgomery County, Delaware County, Philadelphia County, Northampton County, Lehigh County, Berks County, Lancaster County

Meeting Location: I prefer to meet in a public place (public library, coffee shop) or office space when possible. If you have a situation that prevents this, please let me know and I will take that into consideration.

- I charge $1.50 per mile I have to travel to/from a location to cover wear and tear on my car and my travel time
- Example: If you live 25 miles away from where I live (Warminster, PA), that is 50 miles of me traveling back and forth. 50 miles x $1.50 = $75. Your total cost would be $75 plus the cost of the notary service listed below.
Notary Fees set by the State of Pennsylvania:
- Taking acknowledgment - $5.00
- Taking acknowledgment (each additional name) - $2.00
- Administering oath or affirmation (per individual taking oath or affirmation) - $5.00
- Taking verification on oath or affirmation (no matter how many signatures) - $5.00
- Witnessing or attesting a signature (per signature) - $5.00
- Certifying or attesting a copy or deposition (per certified copy) - $5.00
- Noting a protest of a negotiable instrument (per page) - $3.00
Signing Agent Fees:
- $175 per loan signing session/client plus travel fees (see above)
